Zip Mix

Courses Details

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tbsp Zip mix
  • 100ml Low-fat milk / plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp Honey or Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Low-fat curd
  • 1/4 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup Seasonal fruits

Recipe:

  1. Take a bowl and add Zip mix seeds.
  2. Add milk, honey/maple syrup and coconut flakes.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Next morning, mixture becomes thick.
  5. In a glass, layer fruits → curd → soaked mix → curd.
  6. Garnish with fruits or dry fruits.
  7. Serve chilled.
