Ingredients:
- 1.5 tbsp Zip mix
- 100ml Low-fat milk / plant-based milk
- 2 tsp Honey or Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Low-fat curd
- 1/4 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Seasonal fruits
Recipe:
- Take a bowl and add Zip mix seeds.
- Add milk, honey/maple syrup and coconut flakes.
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, mixture becomes thick.
- In a glass, layer fruits → curd → soaked mix → curd.
- Garnish with fruits or dry fruits.
- Serve chilled.
