Ingredients:
- 100g Power pack mixture
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 150ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp ENO / baking soda
- Salt (to taste)
- Ginger-Chilli paste (to taste)
- 2 tbsp grated vegetables (Bottle gourd, Carrot, Raw Banana)
Recipe:
- Prepare a vessel for making dhokla.
- Mix all ingredients except ENO.
- Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat vessel on slow flame.
- Add ENO, mix quickly.
- Pour into dhokla plate.
- Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Cool for 5 minutes, cut pieces and serve.
Ingredients:
- 100g Power pack mixture
- 50ml Water
- 2 tbsp Mixed vegetables (Cabbage, Spinach, Capsicum, Spring Onion, Coriander)
- 1/4 tsp Oil
- Ginger-green chilli paste (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients except water.
- Add water and prepare soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Roll into parathas.
- Cook on non-stick tava until golden.
- Serve with curd and green chutney.
Ingredients:
- 100g Power pack mixture
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2-3 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green onion & Coriander leaves
- Ginger-chilli paste (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Water (as needed)
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add little water and mix well.
- Make smooth batter like idli consistency.
- Preheat a non-stick pan.
- Pour batter and spread like omelette.
- Cook both sides until golden.
- Serve hot.
