Courses Details

Ingredients:

  • 100g Nutritious Rava
  • 200ml water
  • 1/4 tsp Papad Khar
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli paste

Recipe:

  1. Boil water for 2 minutes
  2. Add Papad Khar, salt, chilli paste and oil
  3. Take rava in vessel
  4. Slowly mix hot water
  5. Steam for 10 minutes
  6. Serve with sesame or olive oil

Ingredients:

  • 100g Nutritious Rava
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 100ml water
  • Mix dals
  • 1/4 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp ENO
  • Salt to taste

Recipe:

  1. Mix all ingredients except ENO
  2. Rest for 20 minutes
  3. Add ENO and mix
  4. Prepare idli
  5. Serve with chutney

Ingredients:

  • 100g Nutritious Rava
  • Curd
  • Vegetables
  • Coconut
  • Mustard seeds
  • ENO
  • Salt

Recipe:

  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies
  2. Add vegetables and cook
  3. Add rava and mix
  4. Cool for 5 minutes
  5. Add curd and water
  6. Rest for 15 minutes
  7. Add ENO and cook appam

Ingredients:

  • 100g Nutritious Rava
  • 1 tablespoon Curd
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp ENO / baking soda
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli + ginger paste
  • Mixed vegetables (capsicum, tomato, peas)

Recipe:

  1. Mix all ingredients except ENO.
  2. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Add ENO and mix well.
  4. Pour small uthappas on a non-stick pan.
  5. Cook on both sides until golden.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.
