Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious Rava
- 200ml water
- 1/4 tsp Papad Khar
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Green chilli paste
Recipe:
- Boil water for 2 minutes
- Add Papad Khar, salt, chilli paste and oil
- Take rava in vessel
- Slowly mix hot water
- Steam for 10 minutes
- Serve with sesame or olive oil
Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp Curd
- 100ml water
- Mix dals
- 1/4 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp ENO
- Salt to taste

- Mix all ingredients except ENO
- Rest for 20 minutes
- Add ENO and mix
- Prepare idli
- Serve with chutney
Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious Rava
- Curd
- Vegetables
- Coconut
- Mustard seeds
- ENO
- Salt
Recipe:
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies
- Add vegetables and cook
- Add rava and mix
- Cool for 5 minutes
- Add curd and water
- Rest for 15 minutes
- Add ENO and cook appam
Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious Rava
- 1 tablespoon Curd
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp ENO / baking soda
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Green chilli + ginger paste
- Mixed vegetables (capsicum, tomato, peas)
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients except ENO.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Add ENO and mix well.
- Pour small uthappas on a non-stick pan.
- Cook on both sides until golden.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
