Ingredients:

  • 100g Nutritious atta
  • Water (as needed)

Recipe:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make dough.
  2. Rest it for 10 minutes.
  3. Add a small amount of oil and knead smooth.
  4. Make Roti or Paratha.

Ingredients:

For Frankie Masala:
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
For Chapati:
  • 100g Nutritious atta
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Water
For Stuffing:
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Garlic, Ginger, Green chilli
  • Turmeric, Red chilli, Hing
  • 200g Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tsp Frankie Masala
  • Salt & Coriander leaves

Recipe:

  1. Prepare dough and make 2 thin rotis.
  2. Stir-fry vegetables with spices.
  3. Let stuffing cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread masala on roti and add stuffing.
  5. Roll tightly and roast on pan.
  6. Serve with chutney or sauce.

  • 100g Nutritious atta
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Water
For Stuffing:
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Capsicum

Recipe:

  1. Prepare roti dough and make 2 rotis.
  2. Mash avocado with spices.
  3. Fold roti into triangle pocket.
  4. Fill with avocado & vegetables.
  5. Grill until crispy.
  6. Serve with green chutney.
