Ingredients:

For Dosa:
  • 100g Multi Millets Dosa Mix
  • 100ml Water
  • Salt
  • ENO / Baking Soda
For Green Paste:
  • Spinach, Peas
  • Tomato, Onion
  • Green chilli paste
  • Black salt, cumin powder
  • Black pepper, salt

Recipe:

  1. Blanch spinach & boil peas.
  2. Grind into paste.
  3. Cook onion & tomato, add paste.
  4. Cook 5 minutes with spices.
  5. Prepare dosa batter.
  6. Spread dosa, apply green paste.
  7. Cook and roll.

Ingredients:

Batter:
  • 100g Dosa Mix
  • Curd, Water
  • ENO, Salt
Mix:
  • Onion, Mustard seeds
  • Chana dal, Cumin
  • Green chilli, Curry leaves

Recipe:

  1. Prepare tadka with onion & spices.
  2. Mix into batter.
  3. Heat paniyaram pan.
  4. Add batter into moulds.
  5. Cook both sides till golden.

Ingredients:

  • Ghee, Mustard seeds
  • Chana dal, Urad dal
  • Ginger, Curry leaves
  • Green chilli, Carrot
  • Millets Dosa Mix
  • Cashew, Turmeric
  • Curd, Water, ENO

Recipe:

  1. Prepare tadka with ghee & spices.
  2. Add dosa mix and roast lightly.
  3. Cool and mix curd & water.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Add ENO and steam.
  6. Cook 15 minutes and serve.
