Ingredients:
For Dosa:
- 100g Multi Millets Dosa Mix
- 100ml Water
- Salt
- ENO / Baking Soda
For Green Paste:
- Spinach, Peas
- Tomato, Onion
- Green chilli paste
- Black salt, cumin powder
- Black pepper, salt
Recipe:
- Blanch spinach & boil peas.
- Grind into paste.
- Cook onion & tomato, add paste.
- Cook 5 minutes with spices.
- Prepare dosa batter.
- Spread dosa, apply green paste.
- Cook and roll.

Batter:
- 100g Dosa Mix
- Curd, Water
- ENO, Salt
Mix:
- Onion, Mustard seeds
- Chana dal, Cumin
- Green chilli, Curry leaves
Recipe:
- Prepare tadka with onion & spices.
- Mix into batter.
- Heat paniyaram pan.
- Add batter into moulds.
- Cook both sides till golden.
Ingredients:
- Ghee, Mustard seeds
- Chana dal, Urad dal
- Ginger, Curry leaves
- Green chilli, Carrot
- Millets Dosa Mix
- Cashew, Turmeric
- Curd, Water, ENO
Recipe:
- Prepare tadka with ghee & spices.
- Add dosa mix and roast lightly.
- Cool and mix curd & water.
- Rest for 15 minutes.
- Add ENO and steam.
- Cook 15 minutes and serve.
