Courses Details

Ingredients:

  • 100g Mix millets
  • 50g Green moong dal
  • 1 tsp Cow ghee
  • Cumin & mustard seeds
  • Chilli-ginger paste
  • Whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, pepper, bay leaf)
  • Curry leaves
  • Peas & chopped tomato
  • 250ml Water

Recipe:

  1. Heat cooker, add ghee and spices.
  2. Add millets & moong dal, roast 30 sec.
  3. Add peas & tomato.
  4. Add water and soak 30 min.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with curd.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Mix millets
  • 200ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil / Ghee
  • Cumin seeds
  • Ginger-chilli paste
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe:

  1. Soak millets for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook in cooker.
  3. Heat oil, add cumin.
  4. Add vegetables and cook 5 min.
  5. Add cooked millets & mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander.

  • 200ml Water
  • 200ml Curd
  • Ghee
  • Peanuts & roasted channa
  • Urad dal
  • Green chilli
  • Curry & coriander leaves
  • Salt

Recipe:

  1. Soak & cook millets.
  2. Cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Add curd and mix.
  4. Prepare tadka with ghee & spices.
  5. Mix tadka into curd millets.
  6. Serve chilled.
