Ingredients:
- 100g Mix millets
- 50g Green moong dal
- 1 tsp Cow ghee
- Cumin & mustard seeds
- Chilli-ginger paste
- Whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, pepper, bay leaf)
- Curry leaves
- Peas & chopped tomato
- 250ml Water
Recipe:
- Heat cooker, add ghee and spices.
- Add millets & moong dal, roast 30 sec.
- Add peas & tomato.
- Add water and soak 30 min.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with curd.
Ingredients:
- 100g Mix millets
- 200ml Water
- 1 tbsp Oil / Ghee
- Cumin seeds
- Ginger-chilli paste
- Mixed vegetables
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
Recipe:
- Soak millets for 20 minutes.
- Cook in cooker.
- Heat oil, add cumin.
- Add vegetables and cook 5 min.
- Add cooked millets & mix well.
- Garnish with coriander.

- 200ml Water
- 200ml Curd
- Ghee
- Peanuts & roasted channa
- Urad dal
- Green chilli
- Curry & coriander leaves
- Salt
Recipe:
- Soak & cook millets.
- Cool for 30 minutes.
- Add curd and mix.
- Prepare tadka with ghee & spices.
- Mix tadka into curd millets.
- Serve chilled.
